Got this frag the other day and noticed this funky looking bubble on the side of the plug in between two polyps.

Any ideas what it is? Is this a new polyp growing or something else? It is connecting the small polyp on the right and the big on in front.

I didn't even notice that little bubble of algae under the far polyp till I took this pic. Need to get that out.

Yeah all the others look great and there are babies on the back side. It has been there since I got it home. Do I need to do anything to it? Remove it?
You can cut it off or if you have tangs they will eat the rotting zoas.

Might cut it off and frag that other little polyp onto something else since it's almost on the bottom of the disc.

It looks okay. I wouldn't touch it. If anything the skin is covering it and is probably recovering underneath. If that part turns brown then cut it. But it looks good to me. I would leave it alone for now.

Can you take a top down shot :) Just wondering what type of RPE's those are. Indo?

These are the Hawaiian Type: I carry these :)

Yeah they aren't like those. Haha. Yes from what I have seen they are Indonesian. Striped like palys. I'll try and remember to take a pic of them today.

Ah yes the base is slightly going through some problems. It should heal on its own however, you might want to do a coral rx pro dip and shine a light through a clear Tupperware to see if any pods drop off. Sometimes pods eat at the base of zoa/palys when they're sick and it further prolongs them from healing. I got a six line wrasse to help with the pods.

Io e only had them since Friday. I dipped them in Bayer before putting them in. I didn about 5 other zoa frags too that are doing great.

Let me know if you need any Inferno RPE pieces. I have some nice colonies:)

Nice :) pacific Blues are rare and hard to get. Gumbies are easier and the amount you receive versus the polyps stated on the site is a lot more :) here's what I can do. I'll pm you a pack and you let me know if you like it and find it a great value

Sounds good man. I'll try and talk the wife into it. :) fruit loops are my all time personal favorites if you have any of those too.
