Unfortunately, upon inspection of my tank with the lights off I noticed what appears to be Zoa Pox on a single polyp. I've ever seen this before. Other Zoas are doing well including the one that appears to be infected. Possibly a few others but they all open.

Should I execute patience and let it be for the time being or take action and dip the entire rock in Furan2? I'm wondering why everything looks healthy and if this can spread.
Any suggestions are highly appreciated.

Lights off:

I’ve had limited success with furan 2

not an expert by any means but as there’s only a few affected polyps I’d be tempted to remove them before it spreads.

must be a reason for it though. Zoa pox in my view doesn’t just happen over night.
what are your nitrates or phosphates like?

Phos at .08
Nitrates at 9-10

I've had luck taking zoas out and popping the white pimples with surgical tweezers in a separate container then dipping in Furan2.

I just don't know if its worth it in this case since no other zoas are affected.
