Anyone else having trouble logging in to fusion? Just want to make sure it’s not just me. Tried the app and online but both timeout. Thanks!

And my Apex keeps coming on and off. I don't know if the issue is electrical (the breaker has tripped a few times this weekend) but I keep losing power to the Apex, then it comes back on a few seconds later, without the breaker tripping.

Apex Classic, orange label.

Thanks, I guess it’s a server issue.

And as far as your breaker tripping, I am not too sure about that, hopefully someone with some more knowledge can chime in. Seems like it maybe either your eb8 or maybe your wiring/ panel? Not sure though

It was down earlier this morning for a bit. Not sure if it was scheduled or not but their application and/or stack was down. Since I don't recall seeing any maintenance notification and there was no temporary page or redirect I would say it was hard down...

Fusion was down for I believe around 4 hours this morning. Local Apex connections still functioned fine of course, but no contact outside of your home network (unless you've set up port forwarding, which is highly risky and generally a bad idea.) I always keep two tabs for each Apex open side by side in my browser; one Fusion, one Local. I'm only happy when both are working properly. :)

Yeah - I didn't have a second tab bookmarked but I remember I should be able to hit the IP / local so that is what I did. Second tab/bookmark is actually a great tip / idea.

Keeping a second tab for the local connection is a good idea. You can also set your wifi router to have a static IP address for Apex but regardless, most routers also have software that lets you look up the connected devices.

Either way, Fusion is just a 'skin' that connects to your apex to see what it's doing. Loss of Fusion connectivity should in no way affect your Apex. If your Apex is down, it's from something besides Fusion.
