Fusion reports dosing but DOS head not turning

Anyone seen an issue where Fusion reports the DOS has dosed but the head on the DOS dose not turn? I have set it up for auto water changes and this morning noticed my water level was quite high. I pressed the manual dosing button on the DOS and nothing happened. I waited for the time it starts to do a water change and it started to add water but not remove it. Reset the power on the DOS and it started working again. Now worried it may do the same thing and surprised that the DOS reported it was working.

Have you asked this question in the Neptune forums also? I have never had an issue with anything related to my APEX but I did have a lot of questions in the beginning and their forums are solely for their products. Does not hurt to post this good question over there as well.
