I am building a 150 dt 55 gal Triton sump/fuge kit
What size heater/s do I need open to any suggestion 60x24x34 sump 55gal

Also advice

1 Return pump brand/size.

2 Corner overflow had 1 1" hole I drilled a 3/4 but only room for two holes will this suffice with brs y check valve as far as flood safety.
3 was going to get a seneye don't like the reviews but dont have apex $ any all much appreciated

I would go with a titanium Heater or 2 for backup. 300 or 400wts.

Thanks do you know if I need two ink birds to control or can the chiller outlet be utilized for 2 heaters.
Or another suggestion for a heater controller

I think they have a dble setup also. I use a JBJ 800wt with it's awn contoller on my 185gl so not sure about inkbird but I know alot people here use them.

trying to keep start up cost low but don't want to buy twice. is a fine line to walk lol.
I have my rock need sand pump and idk what else to cycle trying to spread out the dolla leakage. Any advice on bare essentials to cycle also have a 40 gal qt trying to cycle it first to qt cuc and get fish asap bare necessary equipment water test ect. Planning on raw shrimp method. Have patience but wanna get as close to rite as possible the first time.

The titanium heater is the way to go. I use a Ranco controller, but I have heard Inkbird is comprabable. A lot of people use 2 heaters, 1 for back up. I keep my house usually 74-79 so if my 1 heater fails it is not an issue. The 1 titanium heater and Ranco controller I do use have been in continuous service at least 9 years. it is personal preference and a safety back up.

For return pumps, there is multiple choices. Anything up to 10 times would be good. I use a Eheim 1262 pump on my 180. I would say a pump targeted to 1200-1500 would be sufficient. I have heard good thing about DC pump for controllability, but never used on. Always better to go up in case of an upgrade to a bigger tank in the future. Also, with you plumbing it will only handle so much flow.

As far as controlle, I would say hold off. It is not a must when first starting. It would be better to get what you want than something you don’t just to have it.

Haven't even water tested yet should I drill another corner and add an overflow I don't see a single 1" gravity drain moving that much flow? Or am I misunderstanding the term flow . Do not want to start the ... over after all this.
Threw tha bones on that drilling. Reason I have so many questions all at once honestly didn't think it was going to make it 1/2 have no idea who made it what so ever lol.

Oh yeah bought use so far rebuilt almost the whole stand drilled a hole thru 1/2 glass removed the silicone and resealed bought used rock that hasn't started curing yet what did I do. Lol maybe fish by spring

Water test tank this weekend.stand/canopy restructured as well planning to test for leaks a least a week on stand in garage. Planning to put in the living room.
just recieved a Triton refugium kit
Bought a 55 gal tank today for kit
Waiting for brs rodi stg 5 plus to be in stock
Need cans for rodi
Plumb sump
Have a handle on the mechanics of it all just do know mainly about anything else
Need reliable Brands at an affordable price "sounds like a commercial"
What watts lighting ect
Hanna kit or seneye or whatever.
Watch enough videos want end user knowledge!
