The pic was taken by gadgets a professional photographer well known here on r2r. The pic is exactly like it looks in blue light. It's as hot as it gets. I'm very excited about it. I'm not trying to create a bunch of drama just sharing a pic of a insane Acro I'm growing with everyone. It is not for sale.i sold 1 frag in rap Cali to show it off in person. Everyone was talking about it but it did have a name yet. Anyone that saw it sees this thread please post your opinion. Thanks
Hi Jason,
I was at RAP and like everyone else said that was there "it was sick". Not only does Jason sell some of the best looking coral he is also a very trustworthy person. He had fragged and taken a piece of his "Cold Fusion" to the show for me to buy. Long story short, the coral was gone by the time I got there. He hooked me up big time when he didn't have to. I ended up getting it after he got back from the show. He sold it to me for half the price and didn't charge me shipping. It was not half the size ether. He cut me a nice size frag with an amazing pattern. If that doesn't say integrity I don't know what does.
Thanks Jason!

I would like to know how badly it will decimate my bank account before I get one though ;)

Well... I don't think anyone was saying you couldn't get a wider shot. At this time I'm out of the country. Got married last Saturday and I'm on my honeymoon. I promise you I'll get a wider shot when I return so you and everyone else can relax. It really does look this good. :)
Congrats on your wedding and hope your honeymoon was a success.
Please post that wider shot when you get some time.

Would lobe to have this when it available

It's true, no one is making you buy a piece of it. I feel like he wouldn't risk the reputation he's built by screwing with a photo to make a buck. But really, it's been two weeks...he's on his honeymoon. How many people have you seen take longer vacations than that?

I don't mind not seeing a wider shot, I see what I like; Jason put me on the list for the available frag when you're ready.
Thanks

This is such a dead argument...are some corals photoshopped. Absolutely. However many times they are photoshopped to try and get the best representation of what they look like in that vendors tank. Taking good photos of corals with allot of blue light, is super difficult to do with no editing what so ever. My next point, and this is the biggest one people need to learn. Corals never look the same from one tank to another....depth, flow, lighting, high nutrients, low nutrients, pests....the list goes on and on. I have some of my favorite corals that I gave to my LFS and to several reefing friends, they look different in everyone's tank. Some look better in their tanks, some look worse. Long story short, way too many variables...heck some people can't keep a birds nest colored up...

Now unlike alot that has stated to the quality of JF corals I do not know him personally or ever purchased any of his coral myself, but I have seen many of the corals from JF and have a few. Everyone of them are spot on to there picture representation. I would not hisitate to think that is the case with this piece as well in fact when it becomes available I would love to get a piece, and I would not question what I was receiving.
From everything I have seen in the JF collection not only has he brought some beautiful pieces to the hobby he has create a piece of art I mean come on watch the video.
Now with that said I am not a well none member, as I am fairly new to reef2reef. After only a short time of seeing what this site had to offer for new comers and veterans of the hobby it only took me a short time to know that I was more than willing to pitch in to this site and become a supporting member. They have created a great place here.
To question somebody's integrity for everyone to criticize is very unprofessional and disrespectful.
Also let the newlyweds enjoy they're honeymoon typically a honeymoon or vacation out of country will take 2-3weeks then figure an additional 3-4 days recovery.
Apologies for the rant but this is a great place and from what I can see some great sponsers. For some reason. Again apologies I just had this incredible urge to speak up.
Well said thank you

As soon as J sends mine I'll take a picture of the home wrecker between the jacko latern and the walking dead lepto.
