Friend of mine has this fuzzy algae growing on his rocks that his snails and Tomini tang seem to be ignoring. What is it and how can he get rid of it?

Here you go. It’s hard to see but I was trying to get the best pictures. Is this better?

Has this algae been ignored by your clean up crew?

Looks like lyngbya which cleaner crew will not touch
Is your tank by chance at or near a window?
You will need to remove rock and place in container of tank water and scrub with a firm toothbrush or auto detail brush and peroxide.
After that place back in tank and add chiton snails, pencil urchin, female emerald crabs and reduce white light intensity to maintain control
