Fuzzy things irritating my zoa

Last couple of days I noticed my zoa wasn’t opening up and the only thing that I could see are these fuzzy things on it. Any idea what they are or if their the cause for my zoa to not be opening up?

remove frag, clean, replace

By clean you mean dip? I have some coral RX, would that work?

scrape off, dip, tooth brush...whatever works for you.

Pic isn’t clear and too blue but think I might see hydroids.
