Fuzzy white tips...bleaching?

This acro has been growing well, but I just noticed it's tips are fuzzy & white after a water change last night. Is this the start of bleaching?

Was there any big parameter differences between your new water and old water? Specifically alkalinity?

No drastic changes other than the water was a little colder than it should have been that I changed with.
