Can you point me to which component I need to check? It recently started making this noise. No snails or anything in between the blade. Cages do not have anything lodged inside. Sometimes it's a little louder than this. Almost a vibrating noise.

First cycle is forward
Next cycle is reverse.

Repeat.

See video.

Hi, thanks for your support. Please kindly take out the shafts from motors and see if there's anything(salt or debris) stuck in between. The removal methods is in below link And if necessary, put some solid lubricant(For example, Vaseline) around the bushings of the motor, then run it in clean water to take in the lub, and see if it can reduce the noise.
