G3 XR30 pro light settings

I picked up this light from marketplace and am very excited to transfer all my coral into this tank from my other one and get using this light. I have a mixed reef and not sure what settings i should use. I talked to one of the guys i buy frags from and he loves ab+. I plan to have any sps up closer to the light and the rest down further. The tank is an evo 13.5 and i have the rms mount. Any tips on brightness or intensity would also be great. Currently the light is off as im waiting till i have more time this weekend to do the swap of corals but i do have the light set for 20% so to not bleach anything.

There are bunch of settings in the apex . I use the coral lab ab+. You can experiment with the different programs.
