So I have this galaxia frag and it has been so happy. Here is a pic from last night and a pic from today. What happened to it ? Was this caused by too much flow ? Or is it fine?

Well unfortunately I can’t show ya, apparently. The outer polyps are beautiful. Just 2 in the middle where the big sweepers were coming out yesterday ate all steeled and white mucusy ( not a word lol ) only like the 2 center ones. ??

Well I cant see a dang thing in the picture, the vids work. Its definitely unhappy. What are your parameters? Galaxea is pretty hardy and not a difficult coral to take care of.

I don't have experience with galaxea, but I do have other LPS... it's hard to tell with the blues, but kind of looks like maybe something irritated it and it's sliming a bit in the center? Seems excessive though. If it were me, I'd be in there with a turkey baster trying to blow off the crud and see if I can see what's going on, but that may not be the best idea, lol. Hopefully someone who knows about these will chime in!

Nitrates 5 to 10
Phosphates .25
Calcium 449
Mag 1410
PH 8.2

iota not the water. I think it was too much flow. I only have a 20 gallon tall. With 2 eflex 660 I was running at 30 % each. I turned down to 20. It sad because it was extremely happy colorful opened. Sweepers out
And overnight the middle looked like it does now ? Thanks for you time to help
