Galaxy Ballast PLEASE HELP

I just got my order in for 2 250/400 Galaxy Select A Watt ballast and I was prepared for the weird connector. What are my options with this? My reflector has a regular 3 prong male connector that goes into a wall outlet. Is there an adapter or what can I do?

May I ask where you got the ballast from?

My LFS was selling them for $175 each!! So I went and found the for $105 each on amazon
