garden eel care

im not starting off with these of course, but i may want to add them to my tank in the future. I either want the spotted or spectacular garden eels. My tank is a 65 gallon, and will be a mixed reef. I plan to later add a deeper sand bed adequate for garden eels.

I will probably add one in december, i was just wondering on care...

I hear they're "expert only", but is that because of how delicate they are, or feeding?

Also what do you feed them, how much, and how often?
