I make juice extracting juice,But after 24 hours it becomes green and blue!! What should this not happen?

It has more than just garlic.
Soak some frozen food in garlic.
If I quarantine I always soak my food in this.
For my DT I don’t use it as my fish eat everything I drop in there.
Sometimes I feed them fruit flies if I have too much hatching from my Poison Dart Frogs tanks

I've never extracted garlic juice myself, but I would also be concerned if it turned green and blue. Is there any chance you're seeing mold?
