Garlic water refrigerator life

I took some garlic cloves and make some garlic water to soak some food to boost the fish Ammune systems. I got a bicolor angel today and wanna just help boost it how long can it last on the refrigerator I made it 2 months or so ago

Pretty sure garlic doesn't do anything for a fishes immune system but can trigger the fish to feed. I would add selcon and beta glucan. Check out this article on beta glucan:
