GatQuick backstory, I re did the plumbing for my tank a year ago when I upgraded to a new stand, problem was my gate valve is really hard to access and turn, so whenever I got the flow right I would leave it alone and not touch it because I was afraid of the overflow box leaking and could not get it to stop leaking.
My valve had gotten clogged because I didn't really maintain my tank for a semester while away for college, today after a water change I went to open the valve and now cannot tune it, I don't know if something is stuck there because when I opened it a little I saw a small draft cerith snail pop out of the pipe, (yanno the ones you get from reef cleaners). I tried turning the valve clockwise and I could not get it to close, and to turn it counter clockwise it is a nightmare, im afraid of the pipe leaking.
in the third pick it is not pulling a full siphon, I am a little worried because the pipe is shaking a tiny bit because a full siphon is not being created.
