Have had this guys in my tank for about 4 months, tanks is a year and a half old.

Have two RBTAs that are doing fine but noticed this poor fella was hiding under the rock work. It’s still alive, but not looking so hot - anyone ever seen this before? Have it in isolation currently.

Could be that part of the anem has just released it zooanthelids. Especially if it's under a rock. The outside looks good. Anems are a weird creature. My green bubble tip anem has the mouth on one side of its disk. Like one inch from the tip of the disk. The other side of the disk is 8" when fully open. Try feeding something small and see if it eats. No guts coming out is a good sign. Here's a pic of one ticked(mad) and about to die anem. This was one of my first anems. A rbta.
