An Aquarist in a Facebook group had a sump added with Silicone II, the bad stuff.
Most everything died overnight.
The question was raised how much of the system needs to be removed. Sump obviously.
How about live rock and sand?
The fungicide has a 10 year warranty. The MSDS puts it pretty bad stuff, but it’s not named.

For me, I would total everything. Rebuild. Rescue out what was still alive.
Is that reasonable or overkill?
