Test the water I usually acclimate them for two hours on a drip I have one the size of a basketball and they will let you know right away if somethings wrong with your water. I always heard they can be harder to keep then some corals and when something isn’t to their liking they usually show it

Welcome to Reef2reef. Sadly your anemone is not looking well. Check out this thread to possibly say it https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/how-i-cipro.211822/ if possible find an experienced reefer in your area to QT your anemone for you ASAP.
What the exact problem is hard to say without knowing more about your tank and your water parameters. How long have you had the tank and anemone?
Several things jump out at me. It looks like a new tank. Anemones seldom do well in a tank that is not well established, typically 6 months or more. They can not tolerate ammonia or nitrites at mesurable levels. It looks like you have gravel instead of aragonite sand as your substrate. Gravel is not really suitable for a saltwater tank and may contain harmful elements. Aragonite sand helps stabilize your alkalinity level and is porous to help with bacteria producing areas to process nitrite and nitrate. Your rocks look like it may be volcanic rock, which is defenatly not recommended for a reef tank. It also looks like you need more live rock.
I hope this helps?

@ravynlee3 welcome to R2r.

A lot of good info already given to you.

What can you tell us about the tank, water parameters and such? We are here to help you get your system in order. Either all at once or small steps at a time.

I'm sorry about the BTA as it is not well. :(

Looks very stressed and appears to be splitting, or trying.

I agree your tank may be new and or not really ideal for an anemone looking at pics

Welcome to R2R! You already received some great responses, it does not look well and I agree, I don't think it will make it.
