Gelatinous Brown Algae?

This stuff seems to come and go but every time it comes back it gets way worse. Now starting to smother some corals. Only grows on rock, slimy, comes off easy enough but would rather not have to deal with it anymore.

I've had that develop in my coral QT that doesn't have good flow or filtration. I usually just clean it out and do a nice sized water change and that seems to keep it in check...suspecting its a nutrient issue.
