Gen 4 radion turning off and on

Hi guys! I'm not sure this constitutes a tank emergency yet, but it will if I don't figure it out. Unfortunately, ecotech's phone availability is limited to weekdays.

One of my Gen 4 radion xr30w lights just started turning off and on every few seconds. I've since unplugged that light, but even waiting to plug it back in doesn't change anything. I'm also not sure if this is the right place for this thread, but i figured it's worth a try. Please let me know if I'm in the wrong place.

What does the LED indicator light show you?

All lights are blue. On the Radions themselves, on the reef link, and the power bricks . But my light on the right keeps fading on and then quickly turning off before reaching the setting its aiming for.

Is there a specific place to find the indicator light that I may have missed ?

My LFS suggested using an electronics air duster (one of those cans with the spray nozzle) and then waiting to try and turn things back on. That didn't work either

I’m moving this to tank emergency instead of fish disease, I’m guessing this was a mistake.

What color are the LEDs when they fade/turn off? And can you hear the fan spinning up when you turn it on?

I can definitely hear the fan, and it's consistent, even through the light's off and ons. The lights start fading in from a blue. They turn off as they get closer to their current settings. They are currently set at 42%. They might be two years old (bought them used from a guy who claimed the tank was only three months old when he had to tear down.)

UPDATE: I went to the ecotech page to reprogram my Radions. The first time I hit "program", it gave me an error message, it the second time it didn't. Also, it is working again. I won't deny my gratitude, but I'm still a little wary of what might be wrong in case it happens again, but while I am gone :/ any ideas ?
