If you can get them on the phone they will be able to take care of it. They have had some bad weather, but still no excuse. I don't think this is a very large company. A couple of geniuses overwhelmed by simpler things in life. It appears its a nine to five company with very little backup. They always come through. I know it's hard if you have to work or have responsibilities to be spending a lot of time on the phone. I've left numerous emails and phone messages and always have to follow up with a call back. They are located in PA so same time zone. I would call about 9:30 AM. Also have you cleaned the vents on the light. The fans are so efficient, they will collect dust. If the temp overheats the light shuts down. Does the fan start when first plugged in? Then while plugged in, the fan stops? If the light stays on. It's not overheating. Good Luck !!!!
