Praziquantel is moderately safe, but can cause losses among feather-dusters and the like. Metronidazole (the other ingredient in GC) is, as far as I'm aware _not_ reef-safe.

I am really not worried about feather-dusters and there are no corals in this particular tank.
Here is the situation. I have an invert QT tank that has been up and running for almost 2 years now. I just got a pair of Snowflake Clownfish, a Royal Granma and a Lawnmower Blenny that are going into a FOWLR tank. I have QTd EVERYTHING that has gone into my tanks so far and it has been ridiculously expensive and time consuming. I will continue to QT anything that goes into my main tank, but I am contemplating not doing a full QT for my FOWLR tank.
That being said, I put these fish in the invert QT and the only other things in this QT are 4 Turbo Snails and a couple Emerald Crabs that I left in just to control algae while the tank was empty. I was just planning on monitoring these fish for a few weeks and then putting them in my FOWLR tank, but I noticed one of the Clownfish has a stringy white poop so I started feeding CG with Focus. I then noticed some spots on the Royal Gramma that could be flukes so I figured I would do CG or Prazi for the whole tank, but wanted to know if it is safe with the snails and crabs because I really do not want to spin up another QT tank just for this.

Prazi-Pro _should_ be safe for snails and crustaceans - I haven't used it in a tank with inverts, myself.
In this case, I'd probably choose that over the GC, due to GC's Metronidazole content.

Thanks for the advice. I think I will go with Prazi since I am feeding GC already. I have used Prazi in a tank with snails before and hopefully it doesn't hurt the crabs because I really like the little critters.
