I’ve got a spare tank running that I am thinking about using to house a cardinal fish I’m having some issues with. Possibly going to try treating the fish with API general cure at some point. Can I have live rock in the tank and use API general cure? Or is this not recommended?

You can. Just dont place it later in a tank with coral and inverts. Rock is pourous and will likely hang onto agents in GC
Contains metro and Prazi

Don't see why you would all recommendations I see are bare bones tank.
