I was wondering why this is occurring and how ot get rid or at least control it. Attached the tank parameters and a photo.

Looks to be a cross between too high of Silicates and too low Nitrate. pH is a bit low, best to keep it above 7.8 and your Iodine is sky high. I keep mine at about 0.06ppm.

I have been dosing red sea no3/po4 Maybe I should stop for a while? The iodine is incorrect it's not that high

All my tests are good and my tank has been taken over by GHA. I think mine is cause I had not lights for 6 months and now LED lights. However it is getting lighter and think dying. Growing Cheeto in my sump to help combat it.

I would say slow down on the nopox until you have detected No3 and get something to remove the Silicates. Algae feeds on Silicates. If you just stop the nopox, all the bacteria your feeding could suddenly die causing even more of an issue. Another thing you can do while your fighting the algae is take a tooth brush and try scrubbing your rocks. Use a fish net to catch most of the floating algae that’s been scrubbed off to remove as much as you can.

Thanks I was going to stop the NO3PO4 but will taper it down over a week. About a ml a day.Was adding 7 ml in a 120 tank. Is that slow enough or should I go slower

Well this is just a guess but as your upping the dosage it’s usually about .5 ml/week so maybe the same is true for slowing down. Maybe @Randy Holmes-Farley might have better insight on this.
