I have a fluval canister with a fluval overflow i would like to add my old filtration sistem with the microballs, protein skimmer with the sump together will it be a problem? I think it will help me a lot what u think?

Is your goal to increase flow, increase filtration, or something else? Also how big is your system and what type of fluval canister filter?

Increase filtration and flow i have a 3 stage fluval it is nicer smaller it works fine but i always been a protein skimmer microballs type of guy also i am looking to install an uv sterilizer and is much easier to use with a acrylic box i just don't want to install it and all the water comes out becaus of to muchflow
