I have sent multiple emails to Genesis over the last few weeks with no response. I have the Genesis Storm/Renew pro system. Twice now the ATO failed to turn on (it turns on "most" of the time) when the water in the sump dropped. I suspect its the top float that fails to drop. No way to contact the company or get a replacement under warranty (purchased recently). Does anyone know how to get a hold of this company? Its unfortunate because this seems like a well thought out product but 0 customer service available.
