Well after years of dreaming of adding these amazing fish I have been lucky enough to finally acquire this spectacular pair. They have been eating everything and are doing great as they relax and get acclimated in my propagation system.

Many thanks to Will and Ethan at my LFS for bringing in these amazing fish!!!

Awesome! Have you noticed them nipping at any corals?

Congratulations on your new pair! They look great. I don't see those particular Genicanthus very often.

Thank you, they are rarely in the states, but a large batch has been brought in recently.

The Genicanthus family of angels are pretty much 100% reef safe. They will not touch corals.

Thanks for the nice photo Matt!!

"pretty much 100 percent reef safe..." I'd still keep an eye on him. I've seen my Lamarck nip at SPS polyps before, but not all that often.

Thanks, I also have bellus and watanabe angels and have never had a problem...

Nice...I think I am starting to want a pair of these guys. Lucky you my Bellus was a chalice nipper:(
