Geo 618 connecting to manifold help

I have a geo 618 calcium reactor. I want to hook it up to my manifold. I would like change the feed line to connect to a JG 1/4 inch fitting. I was wondering what is the size of the threaded X barb fitting I would need to change on the feed side of the reactor? Do I need a reducer or is there a standard threaded to barb fitting I can get?
