Geo 618 - How much Media and which brand?

Hey guys, apologies if this was asked before, I searched but didn't find anything concrete. How much media would you put into a Geo 618?

Secondary question, I am thinking of using Two Little Fishes, Calcium and a mix of Magnesium. Any other brands I should consider?

The GEO CR618 will hold 12 pounds of large grain media.

I prefer TLF Reborn with 10% Remag.
