Free bump here but which lines are inlet, outlet and CO2? I just got one and can't find setup directions anywhere.

In the first pic, the in and out for water/effluent are labeled with blue tape.

The CO2 inlet is the white push-to-connect elbow on the horizontal stretch of pipe in between the air-bleed line I added and the water inlet.

IIR, there are some instructions posted on the support page of Geo's website, but they're a little generic since they're written to apply to all of his different reactors.
