Geo Reef Sump

I am in the process of having a peninsula tank built. I was going to use the standard trigger systems 34 sump in my system. However, this morning I stumbled upon the Geo Reef sump which seems like an excellent alternative. The refugium and reactors being built in is pretty appealing as I am working with 48x20 worth of cabinet space. Also the lids for every section would keep things clean in theory. Does anyone have first hand experience with these?

I read through just about every thread on the first page. I just wanted to make sure there weren’t any glaringly obvious flaws that I, as an amateur, didn’t catch. It seems like a very space efficient design.
