So, long story short, ordered a calcium reactor, been way over the 4 week deadline, very rude response when I asked for an update. Still no calcium reactor. Spent $600 on nothing it seems.


Any alternatives to a geos calcium reactor? I get things take time, but don’t give a 4 week deadline, then get mad when the customer asks for an update. My tank needs it before I start adding corals...

He's a jerk and doesn't deserve to be in business. I have a reef savvy and l had to wait for it.l was told in advance and l was ok with that. Learn how to communicate and give your customers the time they deserve. when l was looking to spend $1800 on a sump. I went and bought an Ice cap 48XL for $549 free shipping and no tax. l also added a clarisea sk 5000. So l got a much bigger sump and I'm sure it will work just fine.

He finally shipped it. Hopefully the quality is as good as every one says. Either way, last product I’ll be buying from him. My sump will be glass, since it will be roughly 120 gallons

Calcium reactor arrived, sort of. They won’t let my wife pick it up, AND I have to pay the shipping, again. Even tho I already paid him the $89 US ($100+ Canadian) for shipping, I need to pay an additional $60.

Is what it is, live and learn, I won’t be home till Monday night, so hopefully when I get it Tuesday it meets all my expectations.
