Gerald's reef tank from Paris

beautiful tank, you are the person I need advice from, I am doing a new build and I want you to give me an honest opinion on the maxspect Gyre pumps and the Ethereal lights Sorry but youtube videos all fall under advertising a product, you, on the other hand, have hands on experience
1) do you see any downside to the two products?
2) do the lights have a shimmer or the disco light effect?
3) is the Gyre pump noisy?
4) led lights are they noisy?
5) does it have the lunar cycle?
6)can you monitor and control both pump & light online anywhere in the world via the app?
7) do you have any regrets buying them?

I wish you had a video of the lights operating and gyre! pictures are beautiful but the video tells it all sound and visual

I am sorry for all the questions its just these products are all expensive regardless of the brand once you buy you can't go back it will just cost you more

So
1) do you see any downside to the two products? may be maintenance of gyre / need to be clean 1/month

2) do the lights have a shimmer or the disco light effect? No disco effect, look natural

3) is the Gyre pump noisy? yes and no it's depend on the program you choose, like other pump on the market. if you choose a seeting with acceleration 0% to 100% + pulse 1sec it's not magical, you will have noise provide by engine acceleration. I use a preset TLC at 100% no noise (after 1 month when there're new)

4) led lights are they noisy? No fan are quiet

5) does it have the lunar cycle? Yes, but static, you can define a % (exemple 2%) intensity will be the same during the night and everay day (you don't have cycle of 29 days with moving intensity)

6)can you monitor and control both pump & light online anywhere in the world via the app? no yet, but i overheard maxspect working on. next software upgrade will incluse new fonctionnality like sync between light and gyre controlers

7) do you have any regrets buying them? No i like gyre and ethereal, powerfull, fantastic look, efficiency, reliable

OK i'll do video.. but sorry by advance i'm not spielberg :)

First video done a morning just after light starting (about noise no noise in a room, you have the real sound how my tank)

second video, just before end of day in my tank, that's why it's so blue

thank you so much, you have provided and given me all the information to a satisfaction point, Ou comme le dire en français, merci beaucoup de prendre le temps de faire tout cela, je l'apprécie vraiment (google translate :):);Shamefullyembarrased)
