UGH! So I just saw one of my emerald crabs chowing down on my toadstool. Is this normal? Could he be the culprit of the quick death of my welso? See before/after photos.

Can anyone suggest a good way to catch this murderer? I want him out! ;Rage

One last question.. should I take precautions and get the one in my ultra rock anemone tank out because I have sexy anemone shrimp in it?

I put 2 in a week ago, I haven't seen them since except that someone devoured an Acan over the last couple of nights. TBH that Acan wasn't well and really hasn't grown. If I see any of my others attacked I'm going to have to get the crabs out. I got up in the middle of the night hoping to catch them or him in the act but no luck. Any ideas on how to catch them?

I had one climb on top of a duncan colony and proceed to start plucking tentacles off. Some he would eat others he would just release into the water. He made the sump his home till he died.

Emerald crabs turn to the dark side once they are big, transfer him to the sump or re-homing are the options.
I am not keeping emerald crabs since 3 years ago, it is too much trouble for a guy you hardly see.
