Stay Tuned this build will be coming soon ;)...

Hey Mike.. I haven't received the tank or sump yet from Reef Savvy. The lead time from them is approximately January 2019. So we are getting close.. However, I am going with a frame for both my stand and hanging canopy from Framing Tech and I am waiting for the canopy part to come in now.. I will definitely post everything from the beginning when I start to set it up. Thank you so much for your interest. I am so stoked about this build. Stay Tuned..

The waiting is the hardest part! When I was waiting for mine to be delivered I sat and looked at an empty space imagining what it was going to look like filled with water.
What's the plan for the system? Are you going all fish (hope not) or lots of corals (hope so)?

Yes, the waiting part is the hardest indeed. I see so many new builds going on and I feel as though I'm twiddling my thumbs waiting. Lol. Reef Savvy does have a long waiting list yet owning a Reef Savvy is so worth the wait. I'm planning on doing a mixed reef mainly leaning towards SPS. This system will be my first peninsula so being able to view from both sides is exciting yet probably going to be challenging I'm sure. I am a Tang lover and will probably have a few of them. I am going bare bottom with this build so I'm definitely going out of my comfort zone. I've never done a bare bottom system either so although I have many years experience as a salty I feel like a newbie with this build and its exciting !!! So, the plan is.. Some fish, and eventually lots of corals ;)wink..
