Getting a BTA - to quarantine or not?

I am new to salt water tanks but have been doing pretty well *knock on wood* I have a 44 gallon corner tank with a clown, a Benggaii, 2 peppermint shrimp, a turbo snail, and 3 nassarius snails. Parameters have been great for several months. Eventually I want to add another clown and a BTA. I have read conflicting things about quarantining the BTA. I do have a little 10 gal QT with no substrate. Just some Pcv. Please share your thoughts about quarantining it. If yes, should I add substrate to my QT? How long? The clown will definitely be quarantined.

While it is generally a good idea to QT everything before placing it in a reef tank, I'm not too sure on BTA's. Maybe someone in the #reefsquad can help more
