So I have a condy anemone and a captive bred clown. They've been together for about a week now, and no signs of the clown showing interest in the condy. I've read two methods to introduce them together. One is putting a picture on the tank of a clown hosting to show the clown, which sounds kinda like bs lol. The second method I read about was to put the anemone in a small bowl with the clown for a short period, basically force them to be buddies lol...

Any thoughts or other methods to help?

Condy nems are not a natural host (they don't host clowns in the ocean) I've read that it happens occasionally, hit or miss.

Clowns prefer long tentacle or bubble tip nems, but live a happy life without one also.
Ah ok, yeah I think I'm looking at getting a rose bubble anemone soon, maybe he'll like that breed more? Thanks for the input

It's more likely that a clown will not reside in the Condy. Condy anemones are not a natural host to clowns because of their potent sting. Some clown types will take up with a Condy but not all. Tomato, Clarkii, Maroon.
You force a clown to be buddies with a Condy and you may very well end up with a dead and eaten fish.
The image method has worked, probably not in this situtation.
Domino Damsels seem happy to reside in Condy fwiw.

On another note, is it normal for a clown to act like a dog? I have a problem doing anything in my tank without him being all over my hands lol, it gets annoying when I'm moving the rocks ect. Also noticed he swims around with the lights off, while my damsels sleep under the rocks where they love to dig caves to drive my ocd crazy with uneven sand levels lol

Hmm, I have a four stripe damsel and two yellow tail, maybe I'll replace them with the one you mentioned
