Water levels have bee holding steady.
Po4 = .1
Nitrate = 4
Alk = 10
Calcium = 450
Mag = 1450
Running GFO to bring po4 down to 5/3
Started feeding reef roids and fuel. Any insight as to where the po4 and nitrate should be for max benefit for sps ?

It really depends on the type of tank you want to run, but I think those parameters are fine. Common approach now a days is to have some Nitrate and PO4 in the tank, I think you're right to bring that PO4 down a bit but should be fine. Just watch for algae and adjust accordingly.
