Once a week 5G water changes with FRITZ RPM Pro. Sump consists of only some live rock, skimmer and small amount of gfo in tlf reactor, heater and return pump. I did a issue when a heater cooked my tank to over 82 degrees and all dropped to 6. Everything is back up to normal now for the past month.
