Getting a new tank

So I am buying the nuvo 30 micro long with the white stand. I plan on picking it up the beginning of next month. My lfs had it up and running for a while, it has been sitting empty for a week or so and I plan on letting it sit for a few more weeks empty. My question is, how do I clean it out before I use it? In the southwest there is a lot of dust. Everything else has been cleaned. I know that windex is not the answer.

I use vinegar and rodi water. Just mix it in a spray bottle and it will work great.

White Vinegar and Rodi is the way to go. Add more vinegar if its dirtier

When I cleaned my IM 40 I use regular water , around 4-6 cups of distilled vinegar with pumps turned, light srubbing then drained the tank- did these steps few times and then air dried it.
