I currently have a canister filter and am ready to switch to over to a sump. My tank is a 75 gal and full so I can not drill it. Im looking for recommendations on which sump and over flow to get along with pump. Thanks in advance.

Any old sump will work, larger the better of course.
I went with the skimz om2500 overflow and a jebao dcp2500 return pump.
Everything has been working well for me so far.

I was in the same boat, I have a 60gal long. I "tried pulling this off w/2 canister filters" before I bought a sump. The canisters were a PITA and anytime I did maintenance the parameters spiked. I bought a CPR sump off Amazon and a return pump from BRS and a HOB overflow from LifeReef and never looked back. My advice: get the biggest sump that will fit in your cab, buy the biggest pump you can afford, and buy an overflow matched to your pump. Don't be afraid of HOB overflows. I heard many horror stories about HOB overflows, but if you plan right = no issues. Once you make the move you won't regret it.

That's my biggest fear is HOB overflow

Yes, the horror stories about overflowing water into your house. That can easily be remedied by drilling a hole just above or below the waterline on the return jet. If the power goes out or the pump stopped for any other reason, it will not backflow into the sump past a certain point.
You can also get an aqua lifter pump or something similar as an extra layer of protection against that.
You can have peace of mind with HOB overflows despite what you read/ hear

No worries, as long as you have a good pump you won't have any issues. I have 2 tanks with HOBs and they're quiet and no issues.
