Getting a used tank

hi I’m getting a used tank for a quarantine tank. Is there any way of cleaning to make sure is safe for saltwater fish or being its for a quarantine tank do I have to worry about what was in it last. Im pretty sure it was for fish.

Bleach won’t linger after I rinse out with clean water

A good rinse, and let the tank air dry. When you add salt water back in the fish will never know there was chlorine bleach in the tank.
