Hello everyone! My red grape macroalgae and another red macroalgae in my 10 gallon are covered with a brown, stringy algae that is in the process of smothering them. What can I do to remove the algae and stop it from spreading further? Nitrates are 5 ppm right before the weekly water change, the tank has a 100 GPH aquaclear filter (right next to the red grape algae) and a 650 GPH internal powerhead, and the Caulerpa, gorgonians, and sun coral are unaffected. Thanks!

Try gently blow them off or gently brushing them.
