Getting Back In

also one of those 1/2purple/yellow fish i see them around quite a bit...

If you're talking about a bi color blenny, those guys are awesome! So much personality. Be careful though. They're jumpers and they can find any little hole to get through. I lost one that way.

Welcome Back and to R2R... That's not just a stand... It's a piece of furniture.. Well done Sir.:)

Real good to know...i have a glass lid now, but left a couple cutouts along the back to let it breath a bit. Isnt there another one too that looks almost the same?

Welcome. As said nice tank. When I see tanks nowadays most don’t have canopies. I always thought that was weird since I always had one. That was up until my 180, I just thought it would be too big on the wall it was going on. Yours looks great.

Speaking of stocking, how do dartfish do with a wavemaker? Whenever I see them in the store they just kinda hover.
My Dartfish jumped, landed in the sump and stayed there for a month before they got sucked into the pump. End up having two wakes because it got lost, twice. I think they are too skitterish for keeping for the long term in most tanks.

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

Royal gramma or royal dottyback
First of all, welcome. I'm glad you joined our group. Dottybacks/Pseudochromis can be pure evil -- you can hear their maniacal laughter as they harass and bully fish larger than themselves. (I've had bad experiences.) Grammas are more on the friendly side. When you get the chance, you should start up a build thread. We would love to follow your tank progress and see the photos you post of your tank. (You will be posting pictures, right?) :)
