Getting back on the horse…

As you guys know I had my tank crashed. Since then electrician has come and waiting on a work order for some parts. He did bring the AC and outlets back online. In the midst of all the chaos I forgot to contact the vendor who I ordered my eel from. So the little guy came today! Very happy with him. I fed him some food in the acclimation bowl which he devoured! His name is Ragnar. He acclimated to the tank well along with my two adult clowns, so little restart going for now to not have an empty tank. Watching it like a hawk and constantly checking on it and its doing great! Anyway here is a picture of Ragnar, he is probably six inches! And my two clownfish, Vegas (female) and Spade (male). Feeling a tad better with some friends in the tank but still lots of work and time to get it where I want it!!

Haha no not short for the viking end of days! Named after Ragnar who was the first viking to sail west, and a great warrior! Ive got a fair amount of viking DNA so Im partial to their history lol and he needed a super cool name!

Glad you're slowly recovering from your tank loss. I had an unscheduled power outage for an hour today and returned to find everything (mostly) came back online without a hitch. I was on my way out the door so I didn't have a chance to test my new Ego 150W battery inverter (figured what with the whack of Ego batteries in the garage this might come in handy for the tank, camping, etc.)

Looks like the little guy found a cave! He wont let me get a picture but its the cave I set up for him and hoped he would take so thats pretty awesome!

Active little guy! Exploring like crazy. I fed him a few pieces of food and he ate immediately until he was full!

@Slocke @lion king Just wondering how often I should offer this guy food since he is so tiny?? He is probably 6 inches if that.

Awww it’s very cute and even smaller then the one I had!
Every 1-2 days for a little while I think but Lion King knows far better then me on this sort of thing.

Thats kinda what I was thinking. He seems to know when he is full and stops taking food. He is so cute! Tiny little guy
