Hello everyone,
it’s been a long time since I had a saltwater tank and I’ve never had a proper reef tank. I want to do things right at the best price. I was considering a biocube 32 from my LFS which includes the following:
the tank
The stand
6x nutri seawater jugs
15 lb of rock
20 lb of sand
For around 600$.
the second option I have is to use a 30 gallon I used for freshwater that I have a stand for already. I would have to purchase equipment for this tank such as filteration and lighting etc and have no idea what I need to get to have corals but not break the bank. I also have no idea where to start on plumbing or if I even have to.
what would be the best option in yalls opinions?
I have plenty experience in the hobby just not the reef side.
Any input would be greatly appreciated
