I have some Fruit Loops, but the color is so extremely dull compared to what Ive seen online. Do I have a horrible brand, or will the color come in time?

How do you know they are fruit loops? Did someone sell them to you as that.

Yeah sold as fruit loops. They had more colours 3 weeks ago so I don't know what's happening

some info on your light and tank parameters might help identify the issue.

With my personal experience these like higher light vs some other zoa's, when I move them to low light they dull out vs being in higher light. (This might not be your issue but zoas are always fun to move around the tank and test with)

In general its within the "normal zones", but no3 and po4 is a bit too low I think (reading 0). The light is one of 3 GHL mitras LX7, but im not running too blue tank. Is it a big benefit to run high kelvin on this kind of zoas? (running at around 14500-15000K). Do you have a general par requirement for fruit loops?

My fruit loops did the same thing. It is the only frag I refuse to glue down. It looks good for a month or two in one spot. Then starts to fade. They will bounce back. Find a new spot. Reefroids also did wonders for it. It is the only coral out of 21that needs to be target fed. A stronger flow worked also.

i would dip them and then move them. ether they're being eaten, burned, or don't like where they are at. they're not eating and are starving themselves.

i have fruit loops everywhere, many colonies and frags. they don't care about different flow or lighting.

Yes, you should bring them to a Zoanthid's counselor and have them talk about their problems about being stressed. That always works instead of given examples what to do from experiences to change how they are doing, because giving them more time in the same bad conditions will give you better results. o_O

Give them time. They look like they're very stressed.

This is probably the best.

I've kept fruit loops in all conditions, fast flow, low flow, higher light (300 par), lower light (78 par) and they have done well assuming all water parameters are good.

Generally, from my experience if they go in to a new environment, while they a readjust, they look like their going to die. It can take several weeks or months before they readjust.
