got a t 90gal already established but it has 4 dams and a clown already in it, whats the best way to get them out?

Welcome to R2R, Freddie. One trick is to do it at night after the lights have been out for a couple of hours. Use a small flashlight and shine it in their eyes. This will mesmerize the fish making it easy to net them.
